The applications received by TLScontact are transferred to the Embassy or Consulate General of Switzerland, which has the exclusive right and responsibility to deal with the applications, to decide to grant or deny a visa, to request additional information or documents and/or to submit the applications for further decision to the competent migration authorities in Switzerland.
