Our cooperation with the Swiss Embassy and Consulates in China is coming to an end. 

Since the 1st of September TLScontact is no longer accepting visa applications on behalf of the Swiss missions in China. 

Applicants whose applications are currently processed by the Swiss missions can retrieve their passports from TLScontact until the 14th of September. Please follow the status of your application closely. 

Passports that have not been picked up until the 14th of September will be returned to the Swiss Embassy or Consulate. 

The website and locations of the new service provider for visa applications are published through the website of the Embassy of Switzerland.


Schengen Form

The applicant should fill out the form. The application form can be filled out electronically and printed out after the registration process. The application form has to be signed by the applicant. For applicants under 18 years of age, the application form must be signed at least by one of the parents or legal guardian.

National (type D) visa application form

For long stay visas (90 days) in Switzerland, please fill out the form.

Declaration for domestic helpers and his/her employer

The form must be completed by the employer.

Letter of authorization for visa application/passport return

Mandatory if you choose to submit your application/collect your passport by a representative. The letter cannot be sharable and each application must have one original separately. Please be aware that two originally signed letters of authorization are mandatory for submitting your application and collecting your passport by a representative and a photocopy is invalid.

Postal address & Invoice title

Please note that the mailing address and the contact information of the recipient must be written in Chinese. Applicants using Adobe Acrobat Pro can directly type the text in Chinese, while other applicants are advised to copy the text from another source and paste it into the relevant field. *Visa application center in Guangzhou will begin to issue E-invoice from May, 1st, 2018. Mobile phone number need to be provided if invoice is required.
