This site provides information on the visa application process for:

•Ghanaian residing in Ghana/Togo/Benin and other nationals with a valid Ghanaian residence permit traveling on short-term visas to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium or Latvia

•Togolese residing in Togo/Benin/Ghana and other nationals with a valid Togolese residence permit traveling on short-term visas to Switzerland and Liechtenstein only

The Embassy of Switzerland in Ghana authorizes TLScontact to inform and advise the public on the visa applications procedures, to receive the visa applications, collect the fees and return the passports to the applicants at the end of the process.

This outsourcing ensures a better reception to the public, in a dedicated center and in a timely manner. It also results in a faster processing of the applications by the Visa Section.

The applications received by TLScontact are transferred to the Switzerland Embassy in Accra, which have the exclusive right and responsibility to deal with the applications, to decide to grant or deny a visa, to request additional information or documents and/or to submit the applications for further decision to the competent migration authorities in Switzerland.

TLScontact are therefore in no way involved in any decision making concerning the visa applications and are at no point, informed about their outcome. Passports are returned by the Embassy in sealed envelopes. If a TLScontact staff member claims to be able to influence your application, you should notify, in writing, the Head of the Visa Section of the Swiss Embassy in Accra
