Visa Application Fees

To apply for a visa, you will have to pay:

Visa fee - collected for the of the Consular Authority for the application processing;
Service fee - collected for the processing of your visa application at TLScontact.

Attention: Payment of the visa fee and the service fees do not give any guarantee or right that a visa will be granted. The visa fee and service fee are both non-refundable and non-transferable if the visa application is denied by the Embassy staff or if the applicant decides to terminate his or her application.

* These fees are set in Euros (EUR) but must be paid only in UAH and may fluctuate according to the prevailing chancery rate.

** These countries, as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina, have a visa facilitation agreement with Switzerland.

The Service Fees are UAH 400.00 to be paid for any visa application. The amount of the service fee was decided in agreement with the Swiss Embassy in Kyiv and corresponds to the various services of TLScontact.

N.B.:

The emolument, subject to exchange rate fluctuations, must be paid at the time of the visa application;
The fee shall not be reimbursable irrespective of the final decision on the application;
Damaged notes are not accepted.
