Applications Processed By TLScontact Vietnam

By agreement with the Embassy of Switzerland, citizens of Vietnam applying for a Schengen visa (short-stay C visa) for the travel purposes listed below have to apply at TLScontact Vietnam.

You can apply at TLScontact Hanoi or TLScontact Ho Chi Minh City regardless of your residence location. All visa applications are sent to the Consulate General of Switzerland in Ho Chi Minh City for instruction.

Official passport holders have to apply at TLScontact.

Note: For Schengen visa applicants who do not wish to apply at TLScontact visa acceptance centre: submitting your visa application directly at the Consulate General is possible, but longer waiting times generally occur as the number of available appointments at the Consulate General is strictly limited and priority is given to long stay visa applicants (national D-visa), emergency cases and family members of EU/EFTA citizens. An appointment through TLScontact is compulsory.

Without prior appointment, no application will be accepted by TLScontact nor the Consulate General of Switzerland in Ho Chi Minh City.

Applications Processed Directly At The Consulate General of Switzerland in Ho Chi Minh City

All long-stay visa applications have to be submitted at the Consulate General of Switzerland in Ho Chi Minh City, after booking an appointment through TLScontact website.
